Facebook-owned WhatsApp is reportedly working on a new feature that let users block conversation screenshots by enabling fingerprint authentication. basically, along with allowing you to use your fingerprint to authenticate and open the app, in future, when the feature is enabled, WhatsApp will also block chat screenshots. It means you won’t be able to screenshot your chats if you enable that feature.
It's unclear why WhatsApp is clubbing this feature with the authentication feature. Since this is still under development, this may just never see the light of day.
