West Bengal government on Thursday announced that it has decided to reopen cinema halls in the state at 50% capacity from July 31. The compliance with COVID-appropriate behaviour and protocols is mandatory, it added. Meanwhile, local trains will remain closed and night curfew will continue from 9 pm to 5 am in the state.
