SpiceJet Chairman and MD Ajay Singh said that they welcome the notice from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and are happy to work with them wherever there are concerns. This came after the aviation regulator DGCA issued a show-cause notice to SpiceJet on Wednesday after its aircraft were hit by eight incidents of mid-air technical malfunction over the last 18 days, saying the budget carrier has "failed" to establish safe, efficient and reliable air services.
