West Bengal government has made COVID-19 negative RT-PCR report mandatory for all passengers arriving by air from Maharashtra, Telangana, Kerala and Karnataka from 12 noon of February 27. "All passengers coming to West Bengal from the aforesaid four states shall mandatorily carry a covid negative RT-PCR report for such test conducted within 72 hours of flight departure," the government stated.
