Nawab Malik on Friday alleged that NCB’s Sameer Wankhede possessed a hotel liquor license since 1997-98 and is running a bar in Navi Mumbai, thereby, violating the Central Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1964. He said the license was issued when Wankhede was a minor and his father worked in the state excise department. Malik also shared documents regarding the same.
