The voting for the second phase of Bihar Assembly Elections across 94 constituencies began at 7 am on Tuesday. Over 2.85 crore voters are eligible to vote for nearly 1,500 candidates contesting for the seats. RJD leader and Grand Alliance's CM candidate Tejashwi Yadav is contesting from Raghopur against BJP's Satish Kumar, who has previously defeated former CM Rabri Devi.
