Newly-appointed Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi on Saturday and requested him to set up an AIIMS in the Kumaon region. According to an official release, Dhami apprised the PM about the preparations of the state government in view of the possible third COVID-19 wave. He also discussed Char Dham and Kanwar Yatra.
