PM Modi said that the young should be taught the value of water, while speaking at the inauguration of the third pumping station on the Kutch branch of the Narmada canal network. He also advised farmers to use drip and sprinkler irrigation systems. Modi said that since 1998, the BJP govt has spent lot of money to provide drinking water.
