A woman from the United States is travelling in India - but she is not alone. Giving her company are her 14 pets - six cats, seven dogs and one goat. The Ahmedabad hotel she checked into this week asked her to leave saying they don't allow pets in their hotel. Since she had a booking with the hotel for three days, she refused to go and called up the police.
"The US tourist came with her 14 pets on April 9. We asked her to leave as we don't allow pets, but she refused saying her booking is till April 11. She even called up the police," the hotel manager in Ahmedabad said.
According to some reports, other guests were troubled by the presence of pets and complained the hotel owner. The tourist reportedly left for another city after staying at the hotel for three days.
