External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Thursday said the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) can't afford to be complacent about the activities of terror groups active in Afghanistan. He said this at a UNSC briefing in New York. "Whether it's in Afghanistan or against India, groups like Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed continue to operate with both impunity and encouragement," he added.
