Expelled BJP MlA Kuldeep Sengar's arms licence has been cancelled in connection with the Unnao rape case. The development came after he was booked on charges of murder.

The cancellation of arms licence was ordered by the district magistrate, following which all of the three guns - a gun, rifle and revolver - were confiscated.

Rape accused Sengar and nine others were recently booked after the victim suffered a critical injury in a mysterious accident. Two of the rape survivor's victim died in the accident while she and her lawyer remain critical and are admitted to King George's Medical University in Lucknow.
