Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan has written to 11 chief ministers of non-BJP states seeking a united effort to urge Centre to procure COVID-19 vaccines and ensure "free universal vaccination". Taking to Twitter, Vijayan wrote that it is "quite unfortunate" that Centre absolved itself of its duty to source vaccines. United effort is the need of the hour, he added.
