Indian professional para-badminton player Pramod Bhagat on Monday was conferred the Padma Shri, India's fourth-highest civilian honour, by President Ram Nath Kovind in New Delhi's Rashtrapati Bhavan. "India had won 19 medals, including 5 gold medals in the Paralympics. The government has appreciated our achievements, this will motivate the young athletes in India," said Bhagat.
