India has secured the deportation of Nisar Ahmed Tantray, a Jaish-e-Mohammad terrorist and main conspirator behind the December 2017 attack on a CRPF camp at Lethpora in Jammu and Kashmir, from the UAE. Five security personnel were martyred in the attack during the intervening night of December 30 and 31, 2017, which ended with the killing of three Jaish terrorists.
