Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami on Sunday announced that the entire eligible population in the state has been administered the first dose of COVID-19 vaccines. He said the target has been achieved three months in advance and also thanked PM Narendra Modi for it. Over 74 lakh people in the state have been administered the first dose of COVID-19 vaccines.
