President-elect Donald Trump said on Friday that his swearing-in ceremony will be held inside the US Capitol instead of outdoors due to the forecast for "dangerous" cold conditions in the capital. Trump will take office on January 20. He also said he did not want to see people hurt during the oath-taking event amid freezing temperatures.
