The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has told the Supreme Court that tickets booked by passengers for air travel during the first two phases of lockdown between March 25 to May 3 will be fully refunded. This will apply for both domestic and international tickets, it stated. Domestic flight operations resumed in a graded manner from May 25.
