Congress MP Shashi Tharoor on Thursday took to Twitter to share that he has learnt a new word from his friend. "My friend Rathin Roy, the economist, taught me a new word today: pogonotrophy, which means 'the cultivation of a beard'," tweeted Tharoor. "As in, the PM's pogonotrophy has been a pandemic preoccupation," Tharoor's tweet further read.
