A terrorist was gunned down by security personnel on Sunday amid an ongoing encounter in Jammu and Kashmir's Kathua. However, a police personnel who killed the terrorist was fatally shot in an exchange of fire. A few other security personnel sustained injuries in the operation and are being treated. A search operation for other terrorists is currently underway.
