Telangana government on Monday issued an order allowing reopening of cinema halls, theatres and multiplexes in the state at 50% capacity in areas outside the containment zones with immediate effect. It also asked the management to make sure everyone wears mask, hand sanitisers are provided at various points of the facility and crowd-controlling methods are enforced to ensure physical distancing.
