Telangana BJP president Bandi Sanjay Kumar was granted bail in the SSC question paper leak case on Thursday on the condition of Rs 20,000 surety from a magistrate court in Warangal. He is likely to be released tomorrow.
The court set the condition that Bandi Sanjay Kumar should not leave the country, should cooperate with the investigation and should not threaten the witnesses.
