The Kasganj Police have arrested Anamika Shukla, a teacher who allegedly withdrew Rs1 crore in salaries for over 13 months from 25 different schools. According to Kasganj Basic Shiksha Adhikari (BSA) Anjali Agarwal, Shukla’s fraud was exposed when Department of Basic Education launched its online portal. A Mainpuri resident had helped her acquire forged documents for Rs5 lakh, she added.
