A court in Bihar has dismissed the case against eight film personalities, including Karan Johar, Salman Khan, Aditya Chopra, Sajid Nadiadwala, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Bhushan Kumar, Ekta Kapoor and director Dinesh. Advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha had alleged that the eight personalities conspired against Sushant, leading to his suicide, which he pleaded amounted to murder. He had also filed a criminal complaint under Sections 306, 109, 504 and 506 of IPC. The case was however dismissed by Chief Judicial Magistrate Mukesh Kumar on terms that the matter lies outside of court's jurisdiction.
