Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar has said that the government has accepted farmer organisations' demand to decriminalise stubble burning. He said this while urging protesting farmers to return home, adding that the bill to repeal farm laws will be tabled in Parliament on November 29. Farmers have postponed their tractor march to the Parliament but will continue to protest.
