The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) started its psychological counselling helpline from February 9 for students grappling with pre-exam stress. The helpline will work till April 29. The service will be provided to both distressed students as well as panicky parents. The students and parents can dial toll-free number 1800 11 8004. It will give centralised access to the CBSE helpline that will further connect them to their respective counsellors.
