A Special Police Officer (SPO) has now gone missing from Jammu and Kashmir's Pampore town, reports said on Wednesday. According to news agency ANI, the unidentified SPO went missing shortly after leaving from Pampore Police Station where he is currently posted. He was also carrying his AK-47 rifle while returning home. The fresh incident comes days after an Army rifleman, Aurangzeb, was first abducted and then brutally killed by a group of terrorists to avenge the killing of a local terrorist by the security forces in May.
