After facing criticism over his comment on "ripped jeans", Uttarakhand CM Tirath Singh Rawat on Friday said that he apologises for the remark if it has hurt anybody. Rawat added he has no problem with jeans but wearing "torn ones is not right". If we inculcate good values and discipline in children, they will never fail in future, he said.
