J&K Principal Secretary Rohit Kansal has announced that SMS services in Kashmir valley will be restored from midnight. Further, broadband internet services in all government-run hospitals in Jammu and Kashmir will also be restored. The Valley had been without internet and SMS connectivity since August 5, when the Centre abrogated Article 370.
