Samajwadi Party leader Shivpal Singh Yadav on Friday declared that he is forming his own political party, to be named as "Samajwadi Secular Morcha". He also said his party chief would be Samajwadi Party Founder Mulayam Singh Yadav. “To give netaji his due respect and to unite socialists, the declaration of the new party will be done soon," he added.
