Every time I saw a transgender standing there while passing through Toll Naka during a journey of millions of km of T-Post Road, I would always tell my traveler that these are the energetic people in our country who  can do a good job if given the right direction. ..

Learning more about transgender people, I realized that most of the people in this community were involved in sex work or begging. Thinking about that just blew my mind

But  the question was whether to sit idle or  turn my  ideas into opportunities and use them properly to create employment opportunities for transgender people ... 

 It was a question of whether I would give a job to the transgender community ... I was fully aware of the challenge and whether the society would accept an event that had never been seen before .. But at the same time I was confident that if the society would accept I can change people's lives with my thoughts and efforts.

Shell India is becoming a direct indicator for the disabled people and sisters. I talked to Mr. Chirag Parikh of Shell that I want to give work to transgender people, he immediately accepted my thoughts and then I interviewed 20 transgenders  and selected 2 of them. According to Shell's process, he was trained for a month and then for the first time in India, transgender people got the opportunity to come to work in front line.
Now both transgender Maya and Aarohi are all ready to work in retail,  along with my whole other team who were all ready to accept them instinctively .. 
Now the day has come behind which I have been working for the last five years .
 Me and my wife had decided that we should open the  petrol pump with their hands and worship them  and welcome them , undoubtedly  we  did the same ..

It is a pleasure to announce today that this has become an unprecedented event in the history of the retail industry in India and I have been able to change the lives of two people.

Friends, if you are in a position to give a job in any field, then you must give a chance to the transgender community.
