Aspecial NDPS court in Mumbai rejected Aryan Khan's bail plea in the Mumbai cruise drugs case on Wednesday.

The bail application of two other accused in the case -- Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha -- was also turned down. During the hearing, senior advocate Amit Desai with advocate Satish Maneshinde made submissions on behalf of Aryan Khan. Earlier, Aryan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha, had been denied bail by a magistrate's court which said it can not hear the pleas in a case triable by a special NDPS court.

Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan (23) is currently lodged in Arthur Road prison in Mumbai after he was arrested by the following alleged drug seizure from a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast on October 2.
