Previous day’s gains were erased by Equity benchmarks. It’s up nearly a percent on profit booking in banks, oil and metal stocks. BSE Sensex was down 267.41 points at 29,858.80 and the 50-share NSE Nifty slipped 74.60 points to 9,285.30. Asian Paints, SBI, Aurobindo Pharma and Indiabulls Housing Finance were top gainers, while Tata Motors, ONGC and Hindalco lost.
