Amid reports of sharp differences between the BJP and its ally Shiv Sena over the presidential poll nominee, a top BJP cabinet member told TOI on Sunday that the Sena would be with the NDA in the elections to be held in mid-July. BJP president Amit Shah, who met Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray at Matoshree on Sunday, apparently assured him that the BJP parliamentary board would consult all NDA constituents before finalising its nominee. CM Devendra Fadnavis, state BJP president Raosaheb Danve and Shiv Sena youth wing leader Aaditya Thackeray also attended the meeting.
