Pune Municipal Corporation on Thursday issued fresh orders allowing private and public schools in the city area to reopen from January 4 for classes 9 to 12. "It's mandatory to adhere to safety measures such as thermal screening, oximeter checking of students and staff," the official order stated. "All the SOPs will be followed," Pune Municipal Commissioner Vikram Kumar said.
