Chief Secretary of Bihar Deepak Kumar has announced that schools for the students of Class 9 to 12 and colleges for final year students will reopen in phases from January 4 in the state. Adding that the classes will be held in a staggered manner, Kumar stated that coaching institutes will also be allowed to reopen.
