The Bombay High Court rejected the appeal filed by Lt Col Purohit- Malegaon blast accused. Thereby he had moved the apex court earlier on April 28 seeking bail. Lawyer Neela Gokhle mentioned the matter before the apex court bench headed by CJI JS Khehar. The SC, however, said it would hear the matter in due course of timing.
