The SC summoned Vijay Mallya to personally appear on July 10 after it found him guilty of contempt. Lawyer representing SBI consortium, Soumik Ghoshal said that Mallya will be punished if he fails to give reasons for the contempt of court. “This is not a conviction but there is definitely an order which holds him in contempt.” Ghoshal told ANI.
