A Supreme Court bench headed by CJI SA Bobde has stayed proceedings on a case in a Kerala court filed by a 45-year-old woman claiming to be singer Anuradha Paudwal's daughter. The woman was seeking the transfer of the case to Mumbai. She had alleged that Paudwal handed her over to her foster parents when she was four days old.
