Rejecting a plea seeking inquiry into the conduct of former Chief Justice of India (CJI) Ranjan Gogoi, a Supreme Court bench told the petitioner, "Sorry we can't entertain." The petitioner sought inquiry into the alleged "omission and commission" by Gogoi as SC judge. "Why did you (petitioner) not press it for hearing in the last two years?" asked SC bench.
