The Supreme Court on Friday issued a notice to former Twitter India managing director Manish Maheshwari on Uttar Pradesh Police’s plea, which had challenged a Karnataka high court order quashing a notice of personal appearance by Maheshwari in the Ghaziabad assault case. A bench comprising the Chief Justice of India N.V. Ramana, Justice Surya Kant and Justice Hima Kohli was hearing the matter.
