The sale of luxury homes in India rose 130% in the first half of 2023 compared to the corresponding year last year, according to data released by real estate consultancy CBRE. A total of 6,900 luxury homes, priced at Rs 4 crore and above, were sold between January and June this year, as compared to 3,000 in 2022.
