British luxury carmaker Rolls-Royce announced that it has built the last unit of its seventh generation Phantom car after a 13-year run. The 'Blue Velvet' car has a nautical theme with white lines on the tyres and a ship motif on the coach lines. It sports a V12 engine which offers 453 bhp and a top speed of 240 kmph.
