Preeti Sudan, a retired IAS officer of the 1983 batch, has been appointed as the new Chairperson of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). Sudan, a retired IAS officer from the Andhra Pradesh cadre, has extensive experience of serving in various departments at various levels.
