Purchasing a motorbike has turned out to be a dream for many Indians these days because of high fuel price  and even if one manage to get one, getting it timely serviced in a reputed services centre has become a challenge. 

A TVS  NTORQ 125 CC owner had a bad experienence of life time during this time of crisis when just a battery issue didn't get resolved by the well-known TVS OKHLA service centre in Delhi and he had to get his vehicle towed for such a minor issue. 

Narrating the incident on social media Nitin Lalwani said

OM TVS Okhla Service station for TVS company is providing pathetic service and destroying company's name and reputation.I  bought a NTORQ 125 CC on Nov 2020 and started facing battery issues since 1 Feb 2021 due to which my vehicle was towed to service station but instead of getting a resolution for the issue they turned it to a burden on my pocket where  the service owners did the paid service which was the very first service of the vehicle even though  everywhere they claim to provide first service as free service. 
Till date there has been no resolution for this. 
Therefore I Request to all please who wish to get a motor bike that don't buy any TVS products.
 Since 1 month I am trying to reach to their customer care number but still there is no solution to my heed. 
OM TVS staff is also very rude and irresponsible. They don't care about the customer at all.
