Amid rising COVID-19 cases, Punjab government has imposed stricter restrictions in the state till May 15. As per the new guidelines, all non-essential shops will remain closed till May 15 and anybody entering state has to show negative COVID-19 report or a vaccination certificate. Only two passengers will be allowed to travel in a four-wheeler, including taxi.
