While speaking about the security breach in Punjab, Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma on Wednesday claimed Congress high command and Punjab CM Charanjit Singh Channi "conspired to kill" PM Narendra Modi. He was referring to a purported sting operation, claiming that intelligence reports suggested protesters wanted to stop traffic and prevent BJP supporters from attending PM's rally.
