Congress party declared the names of four candidates for upcoming assembly by-elections in Punjab, on Monday. Congress President Sonia Gandhi has approved their names as candidates for by-elections to the Legislative Assembly of Punjab. For Phagwara-SC, Balwinder Singh Dhaliwal and for Mukerian, Indu Bala has been selected as party candidates. For Dakha and Jalalabad, Sandeep Singh Sandhu and Raminder Awla have been selected.
