The Supreme Court on Sunday asked the union government to produce before it documents that Maharashtra Governor relied upon while inviting the BJP to form the government in Maharashtra on Saturday. The apex court has asked that the Governor’s letter inviting the Bharatiya Janata Party to form a government in Maharashtra and the letter of support by the MLAs to the BJP be produced before it by 10.30 am on Monday.
