Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday morning, reached Kargil to celebrate Diwali with soldiers. PM Modi addressed the soldiers in Kargil and said, "For me, all of you have been my family for years now... it's a privilege to celebrate Diwali amid all of you." He also interacted with members of the Armed Forces in Kargil on the occasion of Diwali.
