Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday said while the previous Uttar Pradesh government 'only showed dreams', the present CM Yogi Adityanath-led dispensation has fulfilled them. "The government before 2017 was expert in half-finished projects on paper...These people used to drag projects for years for making money," PM Modi said while addressing a virtual rally for the UP Assembly elections.
